How to get fancy/lucky number for two wheeler in Karnataka?

1. Login to RTO site and search for the number you are looking for. http://164.100.80.164/fancyappln/

2. Get 46 AA form from your nearest book stall or RTO and book a demand draft in RTO name .

For 2 wheeler in current series it is 6000INR and for 4 wheeler it is 20000. For future series it is 25000 and 75000 INR respectively.

3. Place your filled form with DD in RTO dropbox and be present for draw. If in case you are the only one who requested the number ,they will share the reciept for recieving DD or else they would return DD. Before placing your DD into box make sure with personnel as some of the RTOs demands only duly filled form for draw and they accept DD only if you have own the draw.

4. In case fancy number is requested by more than one. You will be called to RTO for bidding.

KA03NA0006- 93,000 INR

Update:

Recent bid in month of December 2017 Bangalore north RTO had called bid for new KA 04 MV series fancy numbers. Strangely there were very few bidders. (So chances of getting fancy number in bangalore is more now for less price.)

How much does 0001 cost in Bengaluru?

KA04MV0001- 3.80 Lakh INR . However total bid amount that RTO could earn was 6 lakhs.
